Marketing Coordinator

Opportunity to join a global leader in Travel Retail in a hands-on,  full time, permanent Marketing Coordinator role. Work with all areas of the business to make our marketing plans a reality.

This role will provide you with the rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of innovative marketing proposals – see your ideas come to life across a huge network of stores and retail concepts in Australia and New Zealand.

No two days will be the same as you provide critical support for:

  • End-to-end coordination of marketing campaigns
  • Scheduling & booking of assets
  • Distribution of materials to stores
  • Invoicing and payment
  • Ad-hoc projects

You will be a driving force in the compliant roll-out of new campaigns in-store with your incredible knack for providing clear direction for promotional set-up, ensuring implementation is in line with the promotional brief and encouraging operational feedback.

This is a highly visible role within the marketing department and offers the right person the opportunity to develop their stakeholder management skills. To this end you will be Customer Focused.

In order to be successful in this role you will bring at least one years’ experience in a marketing role and thrive in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities evolve quickly. You will enjoy juggling competing priorities, demonstrate a high level of initiative, have excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with a varied audience. We are looking for someone detail oriented, as there is a significant administrative component to this role, and analytical, as there will be a requirement to produce reports.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Marketing or related field 
  • One or more years’ experience in entry level marketing role
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • One or more years’ administration experience
