Venue Manager - Melbourne Airport
We have a unique opportunity at Melbourne Airport, Qantas Terminal with the opening of a Four Pillars Gin Boutique and Lounge in a first to market collaboration between Australia’s most awarded craft gin distiller, Four Pillars, and the leading travel retailer, Lagardère AWPL.
The Boutique opens in November and will provide a carefully curated retail range of Four Pillars gins, made from gin products and merchandise.
The Lounge is due to open in March and provides an exceptional experience where passengers can enjoy Four Pillars signature drinks and cocktails and grazing menu with made from gins items while waiting to depart. By morning we offer premium coffee and casual dining menu along with a sneaky Four Pillars breakfast cocktail menu.
As Venue Manager you will have extensive experience managing hospitality venues and large teams. You will be passionate about Four Pillars and the Australian craft spirits scene and able to execute operations to meet the brand standards and ethos and balance the commercial needs of a venue operating 7-days from 5am to 10pm.
- Experience in managing hospitality venues
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong team building skills
- Attention to detail
- Exposure to data management systems
- Exposure to retail sales is beneficial but not essential
