We are looking for superstar leaders to support the daily operations in our retail stores at Auckland Airport.  We have 10 vacancies available in our Travel Essentials business due to business growth!

This is a faced paced, varied and hands-on role with a strong focus on customer service and people management.

We are looking for leaders who will:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service and be a true brand ambassador
  • Manage the stores effectively and efficiently in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Lead from the front and ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures
  • Demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced environment

To be successful you will have:

  • A strong track record working in fast-paced retail or hospitality environment with experience in a similar position
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal/written communication
  • Strong motivator/experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to think on your feet with a real sense of urgency
  • Flexibility with availability - our stores operate 7 days a week outside traditional retail hours
